How easy is it to set up Lumi?
Lumi is very easy to set up. When you purchase a Lumi sensor device, you'll also book an installation appointment with a technician. Before your appointment, be sure to download the Lumi app. The technician will handle the installation and help you get started with the app.
Can I use Lumi without technical knowledge?
Yes, definitely! The Lumi app is easy to use. The breaker sensor installation will be handled by a technician, and the mobile app does not require any technical knowledge.
How does the Lumi subscription work?
When you purchase a Lumi sensor device, we include a three month app subscription. After the first three months, your subscription will automatically renew each month, unless you cancel. If you no longer need Lumi, you can cancel your monthly subscription at any time.
